Alert Procedures |
|
- Camp Director (Sara Wolfe) or lead counselor sounds the emergency whistle (three blasts).
- All staff immediately gather campers and conduct a headcount.
- Escort campers to the main barn, our designated Emergency Meeting Area.
- Contact emergency services once everyone is accounted for.

Primary Evacuation Route |
|
- Exit fields, trails, or play areas and move directly to the main barn.
- Remain with assigned groups inside or in front of the barn until cleared.

Secondary Evacuation Route |
(Use only if the main barn is inaccessible.) |

Proceed to the Breeze Hill Farm Store parking lot and wait there.

Camper Safety Procedures |
|
- Staff are responsible for keeping their assigned group together.
- Conduct headcounts before departure and again upon arrival at the main barn.
- Do not return to any area until cleared by emergency responders.

Once campers are safe at the main barn, Sara Wolfe or assigned staff will notify parents via phone or email.
Early pickup instructions will be provided if needed.
